Kataria Sports is supplying its quality products to only wholesale distributors. We have revised our policy due to receiving number of inquiries on personal bases, now we have decided to supply even to customers who want Kataria Sports products for personal use. However we do have minimum quantity order limitations even for individual customers.
How can we buy Kataria Sports products?
Simply let us know the reference number of products in which you are interested. You can contact us via E-mail, fax, or letter. On receiving the inquiry our sales manager will contact you with all your request prices.
What is method of Payment?
Full Advance Payment: This method is most convenient for small orders as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by Check or Bank Draft favoring GAMERZ SPORTS to our postal address or, you may send Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us.
Part Payment in Advance: For larger orders, we expect that you send 50% value in advance. Balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your bank. This method involves Bank Charges which are payable by the customer.
Letter of Credit: We expect Sight Letter of Credit against bulk orders. This method involves considerable Bank charges. All Bank Changes as per the terms of Letter of Credit must be to the account of the buyer.

Can we have free samples?
Every day we are receiving number of inquiries from all over the world. So we are restricted to supply the samples only against payment. We prefer you to give us your courier Account no. if you do not want to pay freight charges. This strategy is only for our new customers, for our regular customers we are providing the samples free of cost.
What to do if the product you are looking for is not given on our web site?
If you have any style of product that is not given on our web site, you can send us sample for duplication, or simply give us reference from any web site or you can send us picture of that product. Hopefully you will be satisfied with our quality working and price of the same instrument.

Return Policy:
